Basia (Ilona Ostrowska) and Grzegorz (Piotr Adamczyk), a married couple of 25 years, struggle with routine and fading passion. Their intimate life has become predictable, and conversations about desires and fantasies have long taken a backseat. Determined to make a change, Basia takes action—she convinces her husband to spend a weekend at an exclusive SPA hotel and, armed with the guidebook "Sex for dummies," attempts to reignite the old flames of passion.
An unexpected encounter with the young and confident Maks (Mikołaj Matczak), Grzegorz’s boss, and his spontaneous, seductive partner Domi (Helena Englert) suddenly accelerates the pace of their getaway, filling it with tension and temptation. Will this trip help them rediscover each other and remind them of the art of being together?
