"The Return” series is a comedy produced for CANAL + Poland, starring Bartłomiej Topa as the leading man. It is a story about a man who leads an ordinary and simple life - Jan Starostecki - who at the very beginning of this story dies of a heart attack, and then ... rises from the dead. Initially euphoric, he soon discovers that his life so far was worth less than he thought and no one cared about his death. His wife - Agata - dumped all his things in the garbage and moved on. Jan takes advantage of his return - he begins to live differently and looks for new perspectives, he changes his way of looking at the world. The question is, will it really bring him happiness?

"The Return” is primarily a comedy. In the second layer, however, it conceals reflection and surrounds the viewer with the strength of male and female friendship, freedom, love and ... a will to live. It proves that it is never too late to change.
